At Iniedia, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags (if applicable).
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@iniedia.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or design? Contact us to arrange an exchange. We’ll guide you through the process and help you get the right item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please email us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
